Weekly Themes (Overview)

Safety, Story & Self-Awareness

Weeks 1-3

We begin by creating a trustworthy container—establishing group agreements, naming hopes and fears, and gently identifying the beliefs and narratives we’re ready to release. We explore where these stories came from and how they’ve shaped our emotional patterns, without shame or judgment.

Healing, Boundaries & Voice

Weeks 4–6

Together, we explore self-compassion, healthy boundaries, and what it means to reclaim our voice—especially where it may have gone quiet or felt unsafe. We practice speaking truth with courage, care, and self-respect.

Inner Authority &Integration

Weeks 7-8

We focus on trusting inner wisdom, spiritual discernment, and living forward with intention. We close by reflecting on growth, honoring one another’s journeys, and intentionally carrying forward what matters most.

FAQs

  • This group is for women who are seeking greater clarity, emotional and spiritual growth, and meaningful connection. You don’t need prior group experience—just a willingness to reflect and engage at your own pace.

  • This is not group therapy or a substitute for individual counseling. It is a facilitated psycho-spiritual group for women focusing on self-awareness, spiritual formation, emotional resilience, and connection.

  • No. Sharing is always optional.

You are encouraged to participate in ways that feel safe and appropriate for you.

    “Pass” is always respected.

  • The group is spiritually grounded and welcoming, with space for prayer and reflection. Women from a variety of faith backgrounds—or those who are spiritually curious—are welcome.

  • Life happens. While we encourage consistent attendance to support group cohesion, you are not required to attend every session to remain in the group. If you cannot attend at least 80% of the group meetings, it might not be a good time to join.

  • Yes.

This group is offered as a series, and payment reserves your spot in the group as well as the facilitator’s preparation and holding of the container each week. For this reason, sessions are not prorated or refunded for missed meetings. Holding your spot—even if you miss a week—supports the integrity of the group experience for everyone.

  • Each session is 60 minutes, once every other week. There will be 8 group meetings total.

There may be optional reflection practices between sessions.

  • The group will be intentionally kept small to allow for meaningful connection and sharing. Expect 6-12 members.

  • You are always free to step away if needed.

However, because space is limited and the group is intentionally structured, fees are non-refundable once the group has begun.

  • If you’re feeling drawn to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive community, that’s often a good sign. You don’t need to be “ready” or have everything figured out.

  • The meeting will be 60 mins and we will begin on time.

    • Grounding & arrival (5 min)

    • Teaching, orientation, or framing (10 min)

    • Guided reflection or experiential practice (5–10 min)

    • Small-group or paired sharing (30 min)

    • Closing prayer or reflection (5 min)

  • To protect confidentiality, group sessions will not be recorded.
